The start of another year holds the opportunity to remind us of prophetic words and promises of the past; but also to ask the Lord what He is saying for the New Year.  Beginning each year with prayer and fasting ‘tunes’ our ears to what the Spirit is saying to us. We have never lived in such a time as today, where it is so crucial we hear from God.

I believe God is speaking to many within the Church about the year 2015. What I am sensing is only a fraction of the overall message to His church. I sense the year 2015 will be a year of ‘Establishment’. The Lord then confirmed this word ‘Establishment’ to me through a dear African brother from Uganda.

In my spirit I heard three areas of establishment for 2015.

1) New Beginnings and Fresh Starts:

I sensed the Lord say, "Begin again. Begin again. Begin again."

And though your beginning was small, your latter days will be very great. (Job 8:7)

I sense the Lord saying, “You have tried and failed before and you have grown weary in the battle, but begin again! I am the God of new beginnings and I will establish you,” says the Lord. "I will place your feet on solid ground. Some of you have been waiting for a man to come and help you fulfill your dreams and your destiny” . . . and the Lord says, "I will share my glory with no man, I will get the glory for establishing you! Who is your source, Who is the Author of your dream, Who called you?” asks the Lord.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:9)

"Do not grow weary in well doing," says the Lord. "In due season you will reap if you faint not." In the Spirit I see many have tried and tried and tried, in fact you tried so many times that hopelessness has set in. Satan has come to steal your dream and the promises of God over your life, but God desires to establish you and give you a fresh start. ‘Due season’ is coming; do not give up! God moves on humble beginnings and wants you to know "your latter days will be very great if you submit to His leadership and place Him number one in your life.”

So Jesus said to them, "Children, you do not have any fish, do you?" They answered Him, "No." And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right-hand side of the boat and you will find a catch." So they cast, and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish. John 21:5-6

"Cast your net one more time," says the Lord "and see my right hand move on your behalf. See if I will not establish you and fulfill the prophetic promises I gave you long ago."

I feel the Lord wants me to remind you of the many promises He has given you over the years, to pull them out and encourage yourself in the Lord! Be encouraged today to begin again, and launch out your boat. Cast your net once again! Begin again one more time!

“You crown the year with your goodness, and richness overflows wherever you are.” (Psalm 65:11)

In the thankful cries of the psalmists who reflect the care of God for His people, we see a God who is there in the darkest night. In the most hopeless of situations, it is He who provides strength, support, nourishment and sustenance time and again. God provides for us, He allows us the strength to raise our heads up and to hope. He restores our joy; He is our hope and salvation. As we begin another year, let us pray that 2015 will be a year filled with love, hope, and peace. YOU CANNOT have another year like the last one. This is a new day with a fresh mandate for you to fulfill.

According to Isaiah 61:1-3 —God is more than able to create beauty from ashes. But what if we ourselves had lit the match that burned our dreams to the ground? Will God still help us? Will He establish us if we are the ones who caused our own issues?

Absolutely! Because God is a God of the second chance, He takes joy and great delight in making all things new to bless us!  "New beginnings. Fresh Starts" says the Lord!

Do you feel dead inside? Do you struggle with personal issues? Financial struggles? Family problems? Is there a lack of passion for your career? Do you feel as if God has lost your address, forgotten about you, or is simply too busy to care?

Release the tight grip, open your hand, and give Him your worries, your burdens, and your dead or dying dreams. He desires to breathe new life into them this coming year.

If you feel unworthy of God’s resurrection power because of something you’ve done, take heart. If you humble yourself and repent, He will give beauty for ashes. Do you reject your precious children when they make mistakes? Of course not, and neither does God turn away from you. He lovingly corrects and restores. He makes all things new. "Begin again! New beginnings. Fresh Starts,” says the Lord!

 2) God of the turnaround:

"I am the God of the turnaround! For some time now you have been asking Me when things are going to turn around—when the winds of change are going to start blowing, when the winds of favor will head your way. Well, the time is now, and I’m going to begin to restore everything that the locust has eaten!

“It’s time for your turnaround. Did I not make a pathway for My people through the Red Sea? Did I not provide water from a rock to give refreshment? Did I not send manna and quail to feed My people? Did I not give direction by a cloud during the day and a pillar of fire during the night to lead them?

“If I did that for My people then don’t I care just as much about you? Can I not bring order from your chaos or refreshment from the dry places in your life? Can I not resurrect even the dead things?"

For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord. ‘They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.(Jeremiah 29:11)

’This is not a time to fold your hands and fall asleep. It’s a time to decree and declare that you have victory through Me. So ask Me today for your turnaround.
I’m releasing favor over you. I’m restoring your honor and giving you a fresh mandate from heaven. I am ready to arise and scatter your enemies.” (See Psalms 68:1)

3) New influence and favor:

New territory, New anointing, New favor!

Time is short; your days on this Earth are numbered... Don't squander the precious moments you have left. Life's curtain will close suddenly before you know it, but today I see The Lord Jesus reaching out to you and gently calling your name—wooing you closer to Him in 2015.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. – Matthew 6:33

Jesus was pretty clear when He said to forsake all and follow Him. What He said then He also means now; even if that means doing things with which we’re not comfortable, pushing away anything that hinders our relationship with Him, or sacrificing the things we want most.  "I desire to give you new territory, a new anointing and divine favor...but will you seek me first? I desire to establish you but will you first establish me in your heart?"

As you seek the Lord first and make Him your first love, He will honor you and bring you forth as pure gold.

God honors us when He is honored as our top priority. He’s jealous of us. (Deuteronomy 4:24)

I encourage you to let Jesus Christ be at the forefront of your thoughts and the guide of your heart in 2015. He will put everything else into place. He will establish you; give you a new beginning and a fresh start. He will place a fresh anointing and favor on your life as He has already promised. Seek intimacy with the Lord, lay at His feet, resting in His presence this coming year and watch Him establish you beyond what you could ever imagine!

"Begin again! New beginnings! Fresh Starts,” says the Lord!
