Every once in a while you hear a conversation that is so enlightened and faith-building and honoring of God and the spirit of hope, that you just need to pass it on. Here is one such message. Listen now and I do believe you will be encouraged in your faith and walk with God.
The concluding statement by one of these medical professionals was "Fear God and not man" (Lk. 12:4,5). Amen and amen! We all need to hear this and practice this.
His comment was that he was astounded by the vast number of doctors who were kept quiet because of fear of losing their jobs. And rather than serving their patients by using their best medical knowledge, they bowed to fear of losing their jobs, and thus bowed to bureaucratic degrees. So doctors were no longer free to put their patients first!
Another comment in this interview: "The church under Hilter was also kept quiet because of fear of the government." Wow! We sure need to learn from history! We can't let such a tragedy occur again by being quiet when injustice raises its vile head.
We see throughout Scripture and history that God intervenes to undergird the righteous and undermine the wicked. This strategy is laid out in Deuteronomy 28, and you can see it demonstrated throughout the Bible.
God is still doing the same thing today. He will come and undergird the righteous who will walk and stand and speak in faith that:
- Truth is more powerful than error.
- Light is more powerful than darkness.
- God is more powerful than His defeated foe, satan.
- God's government increases, which obviously means satan's government decreases (Isa. 9:7).
- God gives the crown of life to those who remain faithful unto death (Rev. 2:10). Those who FEAR HIM are the ones found worshipping before His throne (Rev. 19:5).
Action
- So come, get inspired and informed, and stand in faith, rejecting the fear of man and fearing ONLY God.
- Listen now to this faith-building interview.
- What is God asking you to give your life for? Death is a part of life. The question is, will I die in faith giving honor and glory to God and standing when He asks me to stand and fight and give my life? God gives us all assignments. Mine is to teach and give my life for restoring His voice and His vision to His Church so they can enter into communion with Him. That is what I am called to die for. I have given up my job, my salary, and my reputation several times throughout my life for this cause. What has God asked you to be willing to give your life for? Since you can only die once, make sure you are giving your life for that which God has called you to give your life for.
Bible meditation - Jesus tells a parable that is very relevant today!
Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart, saying, "In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect man. There was a widow in that city, and she kept coming to him, saying, 'Give me legal protection from my opponent.' For a while he was unwilling; but afterward he said to himself, 'Even though I do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow bothers me, I will give her legal protection, otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.'" And the Lord said, "Hear what the unrighteous judge said; now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them?" I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth? (Lk. 18:1-8)
