Doctors give us a prescription to take their medicine two or three times a day. Derek Prince spoke healing promises over himself three times a day and within a few months was healed of an infirmity that had been with him for years. Read his powerful testimony here.

Prayerfully speak these verses aloud over yourself morning and evening as your daily medicine from Almighty God. Ask the Holy Spirit to illumine these Scriptures as heart revelations.

Mechanical reciting of these verses is NOT what God is looking for!

  • Utilize the seven steps of  Biblical meditation so that faith arises!
  • I have personalized the verses below having taken them from “The Passion Translation” (for Psalms, Proverbs and the New Testament). The remaining verses are from the New American Standard Bible (NASB).
  • When I slowly and prayerfully spoke these healing Scriptures, picturing them, believing them, feeling them, and thanking God, I felt the Spirit move and faith arise. When I followed this up with the EmWave2, I discovered I was in a high level of coherence. Cool! I also re-tested myself and noted that if I just spoke the verses mechanically, this did NOT produce increased coherence. One more piece of evidence that Christianity is NOT mechanical. It is a heartfelt living encounter with the living God.

My cries for healing

  1. Heal my body and soul; heal me, God! For I have confessed my sins to you. (Ps. 41:1-4)
  2. I cried out for a miracle and you healed me. I exalt you and lift you high for you have lifted me up on high! (Ps. 30:1,2)

My declarations of healing

  1. My God is the Lord who heals me. (Ex. 15:26)
  2. My healing was purchased by Christ’s scourging. (1 Pet. 2:24)
  3. By Jesus’ scourging I am healed. (Isa. 53:5)
  4. LORD, you remove all sickness from me. (Deut. 7:15)
  5. You spoke the words “Be healed,” and I was healed, delivered from death’s door! (Ps. 107:20)
  6. I will live to tell the world what the Lord has done for me. (Ps. 118:17)
  7. You remove sickness from my midst. You bless my bread and water. I serve you, oh Lord, my God. (Ex. 23:25)

Principles of healing: 1) I receive God’s gift of faith and 2) STOP judging so 3) His power can flow unhindered

  1. The blessings of abiding: When I live my life within your shadow, God Most High, my secret hiding place, I will always be shielded from harm. How then could evil prevail against me or diseases infect me? You send angels with special orders to protect me wherever I go, defending me from all harm. If I walk into a trap, they’ll be there for me and keep me from stumbling. I’ll even walk unharmed among the fiercest powers of darkness, trampling every one of them beneath my feet! Because I have delighted in You, Lord, as my great lover, you greatly protect me. You set me in a high place, safe and secure before your face. You answer my cry for help every time I pray, and I find and feel your presence even in times of pressure and trouble. You are my glorious hero who gives me a feast. I am satisfied with a full life and with all that you do for me. I enjoy the fullness of my salvation! (Ps. 91:9-16)
  2. Trusting only God: I trust in the Lord completely and do not rely on my own opinions. With all my heart I rely on you to guide me, and you lead me in every decision I make. I have become intimate with you in whatever I do, and you lead me wherever I go. I don’t think for a moment that I know it all, for wisdom comes when I adore you with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong. Then I find the healing refreshment my body and spirit long for. (Prov. 3:5-8)
  3. Faith in Jesus: It is the faith that comes through believing in Jesus’ name that heals the cripple and causes them to walk! (Acts 3:16)
  4. Receive God’s gift of faith and forgive ALL so miracles can occur: I receive God’s gift of faith. For truly Jesus says that when I say to this mountain, Be moved and be cast into the sea, and I do not doubt in my heart, but believe that what I have said shall occur, I shall have whatever I have said. Therefore, Jesus says to me, “All things, whatever you ask, praying, believe that you shall receive them, and it will be to you. And when you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive it so that also your Father in Heaven may forgive you your trespasses, that there be no barrier go His power flowing freely within your life.” (Mk. 11:22-25 MKJV)
  5. Taking communion while sitting in judgment of others: Whenever I eat this bread and drink this cup, I am retelling the story, proclaiming the Lord’s death until He comes. For this reason, if I eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in the wrong spirit I will be guilty of dishonoring the body and blood of the Lord. So I first evaluate my own attitude and only then eat the bread and drink the cup. For continually eating and drinking with a wrong spirit will bring judgment upon me by not honoring Christ’s body. This insensitivity is why many are weak, chronically ill, and some even dying. If I do not sit in judgment of others, I will avoid judgment myself. (1 Cor. 11:26-31)
  6. Examination for sins which block healing: When I am sick, I ask the elders of the church to come and pray over me and anoint me with oil in the name of our Lord. And the prayer of faith will heal me and the Lord will raise me up, and if I have committed sins they will be forgiven. I confess and acknowledge how I have offended others and then pray to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer! (Jas 5:14-16)

God heals my emotions

  1. Fear: “So now, Lord, listen to their threats to harm me. Empower me, as your servant, to speak the word of God freely and courageously. Stretch out your hand of power through me to heal, and to move in signs and wonders by the name of your holy Son, Jesus!” I was filled with the Holy Spirit, and proclaimed the word of God with unrestrained boldness. (Acts 4:29-31)
  2. Depression: Pour into me the brightness of your daybreak! Pour into me your rays of revelation-truth! Let them comfort and gently lead me upon the shining path which shows the way into your burning presence, into your many sanctuaries of holiness. (Ps. 43:3)
  3. Discouragement: I say to my soul, “Don’t be discouraged; don’t be disturbed, for I fully expect my Savior-God to break through for me.” Yes, living before His face is my saving grace! (Ps. 43:5)
  4. Peace: Lord, you give me strength and bless me through Your kiss of peace. (Ps. 29:11)
  5. Forgiven: You kissed my heart with forgiveness, in spite of all I’ve done. You’ve healed me inside and out from every disease. (Ps. 103:3)
  6. Brokenhearted: You heal the wounds of my shattered heart. (Ps. 147:3)
  7. Jealousy: A tender, tranquil heart makes me healthy, but jealousy can make me sick. (Prov. 14:30)
  8. Needing joy: Eyes that focus on what is beautiful bring joy to my heart, and hearing a good report refreshes and strengthens my inner being. (Prov. 15:30)
  9. The fruit of joy and cheer: A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul. (Prov. 17:22)
  10. Speaking words of life: Nothing is more appealing than speaking beautiful, life-giving words. For they release sweetness to our souls and inner healing to our spirits. (Prov. 16:24)
  11. Your rhema releases life: Holy Spirit, you are life. That which is of the natural realm is of no help. The words You speak to me, Jesus, are Spirit and life. (Jn. 6:63)
  12. Experiencing His touch: Holy Spirit, touch me and I am fully healed. (Ezek. 47:9)
  13. Experiencing His River: God’s Holy Spirit is flowing as a River, anointing me to provide healing for all. (Rev. 22:2)

Jesus’ specific instructions of ways to get healed

When receiving healing speak the words below, picturing Jesus speaking them over you.

  1. Action – take up bed: The Anointed One instantly and divinely heals me. I get up and make my bed. (Act 9:33-35)
  2. It’s His will: Jesus reaches out His hand and touches me and says, “Of course I want to heal you—be healed!” And instantly, I am healed! Thank You, Lord! (Matt. 8:3)
  3. Belief is key: Jesus says, “All that I have believed for will be done for me!” (Matt. 8:8-13)
  4. Faith is key: If I could only touch Jesus’ prayer shawl I will be healed. Jesus speaks, “Be encouraged. Your faith has healed you” and instantly my healing occurred! Thank You, Jesus! (Matt. 9:21-22)
  5. Acting in faith: Jesus speaks to me, “Now stretch out your hand!” As I stretch out my hand, I am instantly healed! Thank You, Jesus. (Mk. 3:5)
  6. Believing and touching: Jesus says, “Do you believe that I have the power to restore sight to your eyes?” “Yes, Lord, I believe!” Then Jesus put his hands over my eyes and said, “You will have what your faith expects!” And instantly my eyes opened and my sight was fully restored! Thank You, Jesus! (Matt. 9:28-30)
  7. Touch transfers energy: All who touch Jesus are instantly healed! I am touching You, Lord. Thank You for Your healing power that flows into me. (Mk. 6:56)
  8. Look UP: I was blind and was brought to Jesus. “Jesus, please touch me and heal me.” He placed his saliva on my eyes and covered them with his hands. Then he asked, “Now do you see anything?” “Yes,” I said. “My sight is coming back! I’m beginning to see people, but they look like trees—walking trees.” Jesus put his hands over my eyes a second time and made me look up. I opened my eyes wide and I could see everything perfectly. My eyesight was completely restored! (Mk. 8:22-25)
  9. Belief makes all things possible: “Jesus, please, if you’re able to do something, anything—have compassion on me and help me!” Jesus said to me, “What do you mean ‘if’? If you are able to believe, all things are possible to the believer.” When I heard this, I cried out with tears, saying, “Lord, I do believe; pour your faith into my heart!” Jesus commanded the demon, saying, “Deaf and mute spirit, I command you to come out and never enter again!” The demon shrieked and threw me into terrible seizures and finally came out! As I lay there, looking like a corpse, everyone thought I was dead. But Jesus stooped down, gently took my hand, and raised me up to my feet, and I stood there completely set free! (Mk. 9:20-29)
  10. Desire focuses healing: Jesus said, “What do you want me to do for you?” “My Master, please, let me see again!” Jesus responded, “Your faith heals you. Go in peace, with your sight restored.” All at once, my eyes opened and I could see again, and I began at once to follow Jesus, walking down the road with him. (Mk. 10:51-52)
  11. Receive God’s gift of faith: Jesus said, “Let the faith of God be in you! Listen to the truth I speak to you: If someone says to this mountain with great faith and having no doubt, ‘Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the midst of the sea,’ and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done. This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours. (Mk. 11:22-24)
  12. Lay on hands: Jesus gently laid his hands on me. Then he said, “You are free. I release you forever from this crippling spirit.” Instantly I stood straight and tall and overflowed with glorious praise to God! (Lk. 13:12)
  13. Test of faith: “Go to be examined by the priests.” I set off, following Jesus’s instructions for my healing, and I was healed as I obeyed, so I now thank you, my Lord. (Lk. 17:12-19)
  14. Desire and faith: “Lord, I want to see again.” Jesus said, “Now you will see. Receive your sight this moment. For your faith in me has given you sight and new life.” Instantly I could see again. My eyes popped open, and I saw Jesus. I shouted loud praises to God, and I followed Jesus. (Lk. 18:39-43)

Jesus ministers healing

  1. Anointed: Jesus of Nazareth was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and with great power. He did wonderful things for others and divinely healed all who were under the tyranny of the devil, for God had anointed him. (Act 10:38)
  2. Spirit empowered: Jesus declared, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, and he has anointed me to be hope for the poor, freedom for the brokenhearted, and new eyes for the blind, and to preach to prisoners, ‘You are set free!’ I have come to share the message of Jubilee, for the time of God’s great acceptance has begun.” (Lk. 4:18,19)
  3. Power: I come to listen to Jesus so that I could be healed of my diseases and be set free from the demonic powers that tormented me. I eagerly tried to get near Jesus so I could touch him and be healed, because a tangible supernatural power emanated from him, healing all who came close to him. (Lk. 6:18-19)
  4. Faith/Touch: “I am desperate to touch you, Jesus, for I know if I could just touch even the fringe of your robe I would be healed.” Jesus responded, “Beloved, your faith in me has released your healing. You may go with my peace.” (Lk. 8:47-48)
  5. Everyone healed: Jesus is healing all who are sick. (Matt. 12:15)
  6. Compassion: Jesus, Your heart is deeply moved with compassion toward people, so You heal all the sick who are present. I receive Your healing touch. Thank You, Jesus. (Matt. 14:14)
  7. Kingdom realm: Jesus, You preach about the hope of the kingdom realm and heal every kind of sickness and disease I experience. Thank You, Lord! (Matt. 4:23)
  8. Jesus bore my weakness: Jesus speaks a word of healing over me and I am totally set free from my torment, and I receive my healing! In doing this, Jesus fulfills the prophecy of Isaiah: He put upon himself our weaknesses, and he carried away our diseases and made us well. Thank You, Jesus! (Matt. 8:16-17)
  9. Kingdom Realm: Jesus walked throughout the streets of my city with the joyful message of God’s kingdom realm. Jesus taught in our meeting houses, and wherever he went he demonstrated God’s power by healing every kind of disease and illness, including mine. Thank You, Jesus! (Matt. 9:35)
  10. Graciously welcomed: Jesus graciously welcomed me, taught me more about God’s kingdom realm, and healed me. (Lk. 9:11)
  11. Touch: Jesus walks up to my bedside, gently takes my hand, and raises me up! My fever disappears and I began to serve him. (Mk. 1:31)
  12. Deliverance: Jesus, You cure those who are sick with various diseases and You cast out many demons. (Mk. 1:34)

Jesus has anointed me to minister healing

When ministering healing to others, picture yourself as Jesus, and speak healing words over them as you lay your hands on them. Speak words similar to what Jesus speaks below (1 Cor. 6:17; Gal. 2:20).

  1.  Imparted authority: Jesus has imparted to me authority to cast out demons and to heal every sickness and every disease. I receive it and I step out in faith ministering deliverance and healing. Thank You, Jesus!  (Matt. 10:1)
  2. We glorify God: “I tell you this timeless truth: The person who follows Jesus in faith, believing in him, will do the same mighty miracles that he does—even greater miracles than these because he went to be with his Father! Jesus will do whatever I ask him to do when I ask in Jesus’ name. And that is how the Son will show what the Father is really like and bring glory to him. Ask Jesus anything in his name, and he does it!” (Jn. 14:12-14)
  3. Signs accompany believers: And these miraculous signs will accompany me as I believe: I drive out demons in the power of Jesus’ name. I speak in tongues. I am supernaturally protected from snakes and from drinking anything poisonous. And I lay hands on the sick and heal them. (Mk. 16:17-18)
  4. Handkerchiefs filled with power: God kept releasing a flow of extraordinary miracles through my hands. Because of this, people took my handkerchiefs and articles of clothing, even pieces of cloth that had touched my skin, laying them on the bodies of the sick, and diseases and demons left them and they are healed. (Act 19:11-12)
  5. Preaching the Kingdom: My team went into the villages with the wonderful news of God’s kingdom realm, and instantly healed diseases wherever we went. (Lk. 9:6)
  6. ALL Jesus’ authority imparted: Jesus has imparted to me all his authority to trample over satan’s kingdom. I will trample upon every demon before me and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm me as I walk in this authority. However, my real source of joy isn’t merely that these spirits submit to my authority, but that my name is written in the journals of heaven and that I belong to God’s kingdom. This is the true source of my authority. (Lk. 10:19-20)
  7. I have the spirit of resurrection life: Yes, God raised Jesus to life! And since God’s Spirit of Resurrection lives in me, he will also raise my dying body to life by the same Spirit that breathes life into me! (Rom. 8:11)
  8. I am His temple: I have not forgotten that my body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in me. I don’t belong to myself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside my sanctuary. (1 Cor. 6:19)
