I sense the Lord speaking that it is time to emphasize soul winning. People are hurting because of the evil that has reared its head, and when people are hurting, they are open to answers in life. Jesus is the Answer, and living by the Spirit is the remedy for the anger, confusion, and fear that surround us. We can offer both simply and easily.

I just attended a conference on how to simply share the gospel message. SIMPLE is crucial. If it is simple, it is reproducible and it is something we can do with just a little practice.

The first presenter taught us the 411 Plan which IS simple.

• You can listen to him present this SIMPLE 411 way to offer salvation to non-believers – (The video is just 17 minutes)
• It includes training on how to give a 15-second testimony. It gives you the basics, and sure, you can expand it, but at least you have a simple framework to hang your testimony on.

The second speaker that morning was Lori-Ann Jones. She had won over 44 people to the Lord and baptized them in the last 6 months. She utilizes the gifts of prayer for healing, deliverance, water baptism, baptism in the Holy Spirit, and speaking in tongues. This is a longer approach to sharing the gospel than the "411" approach. This website explores this approach.

It gives four steps to salvation and points them to our salvation website where they can receive the full message of salvation and Spirit-empowered living. Peter's Pentecost sermon declared that what you get at salvation is THE HOLY SPIRIT! Possible introductory lines include:

It seems like each of us should develop a way of introducing people to Christ that is simple and anointed. The above gives you various ideas. You may want to adopt one of the approaches or merge ideas from each approach. Let the Spirit lead and guide you. Let’s offer Jesus to a hurting world and see revival spread across our land!
