THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM

The kingdom of God is the government of God. The government is to enforce the will of God on earth as it is in Heaven.

(Lk12:32) Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

God HAS given us the kingdom to rule the earth.
(Lk 22:29) And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;
(Col:1:13) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: (of love

Jesus is the king and wherever He went He set people free from the  prison of sickness, disease and lack.
(Is 9:6-8) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.7: Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever.

This JUDGEMENT is the judgment of the devil. Our sins are paid for therefore we are innocent and the devil can’t legally put the result of sin on us (sickness, disease, poverty, fear, death, toil, lack).
(John 16:11) Of judgment, BECAUSE the prince of this world is judged
(John 12:31) NOW is the judgment of this world now the ruler of this world will be cast out
*(1Jn:4:17)  Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world

Jesus is the king of kings.
(I Tim 6:15) the King of kings, and Lord of lords; (Rev 1:5)  the prince of the kings of the earth. (Rev:1:6) And hath MADE US kings and priests unto God and his Father.

We are the kings on earth.
(Lk 12:32) Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Jesus gave us the earth as our kingdom. We are His body and we are to finish the job He demonstrated to us while He was on earth, “shewing the good news of the kingdom”.

The scriptures below describe the job of the kings of the earth.
(Rom 15:25) He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet (We are the body of Christ, we are His feet)
(Matt 12:18) I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment (heal the sick, diseased , cast out demons, preach good news to poor, & raise the dead) to the Gentiles. (review The chapter on Righteousness)
(Is 42:1,3-7) Behold my servant, … I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.… he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.4: He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: …6: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness…and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 7: To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
(Is 49:8) I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to (“restore” the New King James says) establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages; 9: That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness,

Our covenant is righteousness, peace and joy IN the HOLY SPIRIT.  Jesus was the sacrifice for our covenant. Now ALL THINGS are restored to us. We must take them by force from the devil.
(Acts 10:38) How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Jesus was man anointed with God the Holy Spirit to do God’s will. We also need to be anointed with the Holy Spirit to do God’s will. (review chapter on the Holy Spirit)
(Mt:12:28) But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
(Lk:11:20) But if I with the finger (we are the body) of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you

We are to bind and loosen things on earth according to God’s will.
(Mt:16:19) And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou (you, me, the born again believer)shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

What this means is, whatever is NOT allowed in heaven we should not allow on earth!
(Mt:11:12) And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.(you and me )

We are to TAKE what the Jesus paid for us to have.
(Jer 23:5) a Branch of righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth
(Rom 14:17) The kingdom of God is…righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit
Judgment is manifesting the defeat of the devil and the victory Jesus paid for us to be made righteousness.   
(Is 5:7) justice but behold oppression, for righteousness but beheld a cry for help.
Justice is setting people free who are oppressed of the devil.  The judgment He is talking about is that man
is innocent and Satan is guilty.

We are as He is, because of that we have boldness.
(1John 2:6)  He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked 
Jesus showed us how a king is to act, and what a king is to do.
(Luke 8:1) preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God
(Lk 9:2) gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. 2: And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
(Lk 10:9) And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
(Phil 1:9) And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;10: That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ  11: Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ
The government of God, also called the Kingdom of God, is within every born again believer to bring God’s will to pass on earth as it is in Heaven.
(Luke 17:21) the kingdom of God is within me, (in power)
(Ps 103:19) ( LORD)  his kingdom ruleth over all.

The kingdom of God is enforced by speaking words.
(Is 8:4) where the word of a king is power Mark 11:22
(1 Co 4:20) For the kingdom of God is ..in power.
Jesus was a king on earth. Watch what He did as a king.
(John 18:37)   Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness

Jesus behaved as a king. He enforced God’s will on earth. God’s will is GOOD news.
(Lk 11:2) Jesus prayed  “Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven”
(1 John 3:8)   For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
(Mt:6:13) And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen
(Luke 8:1)    he went …preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God
(Matt 8:16-17) six were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word( the word is spirit and truth ), and healed all that were sick

Our instructions are the same, we are to demonstrate the kingdom.
(Matt 10:7) And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.8: Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils:
(John 15:7) If you abide in Me and my WORDs (promise, SEED) abide in you, ask (demand as covenant right) what you desire and it SHALL be done for you BY THIS ( IT’S DONE) MY FATHER IS GLORIFIED

Our authority to rule comes from the righteousness Jesus gave us and grace. Look at the following scriptures.
(Rom 5:17) much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ  Rom 5:21 grace reign through righteousness to life through Jesus.
The kingdom is all about Righteousness, peace and joy IN the Holy Spirit

We are to SEEK First the kingdom of God and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS and whatever we need is given to us. The kingdom comes with ALL provision.
(Mt:6:33) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

The kingdom is not a mystery, it is something you can understand and walk in.
(Mt:13:11) it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven

The kingdom of God works by sowing. Sow the word, say the word and you have the word. This is an example of seed time and harvest.
Mk:4:26: And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

You Are called to walk in the glory of the kingdom, it is for you.
(1Thes:2:12) God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
(Heb:12:28) Wherefore we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Remember it is by abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness that we reign in life.
This is what we can expect in these end times. We need to preach the gospel of the kingdom.
(Mt:24:7) For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
